 I am Mani.   I live in Chennai, India.  I am post graduate in Computer Applications.  I work as a Oracle DBA for a MNC in Chennai.   I have around 8 Years of IT experience.  I started as a Web programmer, then a Java programmer, a PL/SQL programmer and finnally - at least for now – an Oracle DBA.   Throughout, I have been working on Oracle one way or other.

    I’m new to DBA. I’m assigned to do a DB refresh from prod to test. Could you please suggest how i need to go about this?
